Outer Banks Furniture is our favorite place to buy furnishings on the Outer Banks. They have a great selection of high quality items. Be sure to see Nicole as she is amazing and so incredibly talented. We were so fortunate to be greeted by her when we walked in with a very challenging project. Her demeanor is so pleasant and she can read people and their needs with a natural eye, pulling rooms together in ways we would have not imagined. We will continue going to OBX furniture to see Nicole for all our furnishing needs.

I have shopped several times over the years here.I loved all my purchases : bedroom sets, side and coffee tables and media room furniture, quilts! Nicole was very helpful with picking out furniture, doing a site visit and managing the deliveries. I will continue to use them for all my furniture needs.

My wife and I were in the need of a new sofa due to grandkids coming into town for extra seating. At one point she had two designers and the owner offering assistance to find “the one”! And find we did! A beautiful blue Braxton Culler sofa with performance fabric! So pleased with how it looks in our home! Thanks Jimmy, Michele, and Kimberly!

We were in emergency need of a narrow dining table right before rental season. Found a great one in stock that fit our space and decor perfectly. We have shopped here before and have akways had a great experience. What motivated me to write a review this time was the excellent service from a young man named Jacob. He was helping me load the table set into our vehicle and saw it would be tight. He offered to use his truck to get my table and chairs to our nearby beach rental house. Between both vehicles we were able to do one trip and he even helped me carry it up a flight of stairs to our main floor. It is that type of extra care and service from the people in this store that make it exceptional!

Recently my wife and I had an excellent experience with Outer Banks Furniture. Worked with Nicole to select just the right couch for our townhome. Manufacturer beat the estimated lead time of 6 weeks. The delivery guys were top notch (sorry, I missed their names). And for a nominal fee, took away furniture we no longer wanted. Excellent experience from beginning to end. Love the throw pillows!

Furnished most of my home through Outerbanks Furniture. Service is great at Sales level thru the delivery process. Any issues I may have had with any product was immediately addressed, repaired or replaced

We had a GREAT experience buying all new furniture for our house. Michelle took really good care of us, and the rest of the staff was always willing to jump in and help if she wasn't there when we stopped by. The delivery guys were excellent as well!
